i got my b2 and then my c1 there

Again serious talk all being upset aside
Set some smaller goals. And work on them. Feeling any type of progress will do wonders for your mental state
Example: in the next 1-2 months re take cert. look into work permits etc, whatever your plan is or shoot make the goal make a plan but just make it to where you can feel progress and move towards something
