I think collecting things used to be more of a hobby because you would have to go places and like attend events and meet people to buy things

Now that you can just sit at home and buy things online collecting is not a very valid hobby

But it depends how you do it

I think in most cases it's not now

You still talk to the people online tho

That's different from actually going and meeting people

Also collecting bones or trinkets from your victims is still pretty social

I mean I guess a lot of it depends how invested you are in what you’re collecting. Like if you are really into being a basketball player and you collect rare Michael Jordan paraphernalia cause you feel specifically invested in that, I can see it being valid still

I think just that it's a thing you do and spend time on for fun

But I wouldn't say just buying things online is a very valid or good hobby
