You’re refusing to clarify your position by endlessly quoting an out of context post that isn’t relevant to the general argument, and on top of that it’s agreeing with me that the time zone change is the CAUSE of jet lag, not jet lag itself. The position I’ve held throughout. Please explain how your reply to the original post it replied to is relevant.

I’ve responded to that exact sentence 50 times. I’ll repeat for the 51st. That’s the CAUSE of jet lag which is a constellation of symptoms including fatigue, sleeping problems, etc.
Without the symptoms, there’s no jet lag.
