The problem with too much internet is it f***s with our dopamine levels which leads to feelings of emptiness

I’ve experimented with periods of zero internet and the effects were pretty profound mentally. That’s an extreme and impractical solution in this era so my recommendation would be to slowly reduce time on the net and see how you feel

I took a month off from like heavier internet usage earlier this year

but id also make less money
