I didn't have a bad time throughout all of season 3. The way it ended sucked though and it built up to not a whole lot.
Season 3 is considered good bc it gets back to the hood stuff vs the deviation to the docks
I think 4 introduces a ton of new characters in a way that works more naturally than the dock storyline
