e tKilling yourself has reverberations outside of just “your child”. It has a butterfly effect on your entire community. One of my friend’s older brothers killed himself when I was 8. I still think about him often decades later.
Killing yourself is never the answer unless you’re terminally ill or like severely disabled with no possibility of any type of enjoyable life.

Highkey agree but I’m also saying even outside of a therapy setting the normalization of therapy speak kinda doesn’t sit right with me
I don’t always need to feel super safe and included. If anything that kinda talk makes me feel weird and uncomfortable tbh. Just be normal idk why that’s so hard.
