Purrp 🌚Sep 4, 2025rviyeah but also...if you say this kinda thing to one of them it kinda turns more into the approach of how we regard the "damage" and what we should do to process it, not regarding ourselves as so negatively damaged like that, etc etc . feels like theres just layers and layers on it and going that deep doesnt help me sometimes. it can just keep going around and around
and anyway i think its different for a lot of situations though, like therapy reasons range from serious psychological disorders to the more "everyone should go to therapy" type viewpoints
It’s very nice to have somewhere safe to express yourself but also you could just journal. People are too paranoid for that like spilling tea to a stranger isn’t weirder
But yeah I mean I’m not saying just blah we’re damaged do nothing about it but more so we’re inherently damaged and there should be some grace along with that as long as you’re still actively trying the best you can to not be a POS
