cameras not going to matter anymore anyways

every company moving to AI processing to make up for where the camera lacks.

soon enough we'll be going back to smaller sensors to make room for bigger ai processors

yeah i think a lot of the ios 26 stuff is going to be optimized for 17.
running ai takes a lot of power and 17 more optimized for it than previous gens.

they also running on device for most of the ai so dont have to worry as much about your data going out to openai

not just that. itll fill in gaps in resolution etc, essentially it'll "make up" all the spots the camera fell short to create a higher resolution photo than what you really did

kinda scary that basically every photo you take on your phone is going to be at least partially ai generated

by like 2027 you wont have any photos on your phone that dont include some pixels that were entirely made up by an AI model

literally taking reality away from us in a way

Problem is, we already seen it being abused for Rich a******s to cut corners to enjoy their human agenda

its cool for ease of use for sure

but lets say you take a low quality selfie at night

if ai is used to clean up the grain and fill in resolution gaps etc etc and like 50% of your face is a guess made by the AI is that really even a photo of you anymore?
