Weed concentrate comes in multiple forms. Most is distillate which means they just put thc oil in a pen and add flavors (terpenes) to it. Live resin is the oil is made from the whole flower so you get the natural terpenes instead of added ones. Live resin effect is more like if you smoked the actual flower, whereas distillate feels unnatural often.
