If u are pretty good at being aggresive its pretty good. Extra dps + soul to heal or more damage

Most broken charm imo is fragile strenght, it breaks after a death but if u git gud and with how early u can get it, it trivializes the game (also because u can get 2 nail upgrades back 2 back if u know what 2 do)
