Problem is the delivery system. Cigarettes and cigars (combustion) obviously completely erase any positive possible effect. Vapes are made in china and have a ton of chemicals and heavy metals in the actual device itself as well as the juices.
Cleanest delivery would be a nicotine patch, by far. Nicotine pouches are also relatively clean. Second issue is dose because nicotine is a stimulant and stresses the cardiac system even alone and puts us at a higher risk for heart attack and stroke. Patches don’t give you any type of satisfaction so you lose the daily mental benefit kind of, so really pouches are the current best delivery system as long as you don’t increase doses.
