Not only the small ones (here you could argue that people shouldn’t be politicized as kids anyways) but also adults. It’s like that in Europe, too. If you study economics in college for example they’ll teach you economics mostly from a neo classical or liberal perspective. You might get some leftist alternative economics if you study political sciences, take an elective course or whatever but even that is very surface level stuff. And I’m not saying just because something doesn’t get teached rightly it must be the truth but if you want to properly criticize an ideology you have to study the ins and outs of it and structure education around it more freely
