so per his plea deal
he has 2 testify if called.. not just against thug but any ysl member
& a caveat is that he has 2 be truthful
if he commits perjury on the stand he runs risk of violating his plea deal & going 2 prison
he just put himself in a very precarious situation, i don’t know the intimate details in all of this but from my limited knowledge of how these things work it’s not a good look whatsoever
now if thug takes a plea deal he won’t have 2 testify against him but that still means he runs the possibility of taking the stand against other ysl members
it’s not as simple as it seems
