lilly is being saucy today. shes pissy im not letting her outside and acting up

we used to for a few years, but in the fall (bmass and kodak heard about this as it was unfolding) the neighbor’s cat, cow cat. who is fat and evil. got into a fight with lilly and bit her on the tail so deep and bad that the vet said if it was any deeper it would have paralyzed her tail because it woudl go to the bone. and it got a bit infected because I didnt see it there for a couple days where it was under her fur and she was acting normal at first.
the picture is so gross.

anyway because of that shes banned for going outside anymore, since she cant hold her own in the cat fights

thats the best way raise a cat. she was a barn cat when we got her and its very little traffic where i live and her range si super small. so it seemed like the right thing to do. we just didnt let her out when we saw birds. we havea. garden so it was good pest control too.
