Gummy high is way more fun but it’s sort of “all or nothing”. Smoke high you can just have a tiny tiny bit then increase as needed.

Gummy high also takes like 30 mins to kick in. Smoke high you’ll know within a few minutes and it wears off quicker if it’s not for you.
