Yep i been going out of my way to tune the crystals in. Specially helpful to move thru Gardinia to get thru the main job quest
At first i was scared of using them because they cost gil and im a cheap mf but now that i have like 9k gil imma stop sprinting
The server exp bonus + the 30% exp ring u get in hall of novice is insano
not even killing random mobs, just doing quests and the hunter log im almost lvl 30 now 
ya u lvl insanely fast with all the things given. Thts why ppl tend to lvl up other jobs as well for fun/keep it balanced. other wise u could be like 20 lvls above main quest like nothing
