for perspective id just searhc on youtube 1 and 2 point perspective.
then practise drawing boxes all over the page.

there are loads of resources and perspective can get really complicated and theres no need unless youre an architect. so jsut keep it simple.

then try to eye ball it on your own and compare to how you did to the same box drawn in perspective to learn how to internalize it.

practise this regularly for a few weeks!

then after that practise using the box as a guide to draw cylinders and spheres (i can tell u how to do this or send u a video after) if u want.
