thats the issue with american edibles is where its all not really regulated you actually dont know the mg dosage a lot of the time, unlike in canada.
like they say the amount on the package but you dont know if its true or not since theres no real regulation.10 is a good solid dose if youre not getting high everyday. that should hit hit you

hmm if u dont feel anything in hour minutes i think your def safe to take another.
its hard to gauge the perfect high with them sometimes because the delay is so long and if you overshoot just a bit or undershoot a bit its uncomrtable or overwhelming

you ever try the under the tongue dissolve edibles/oil? i find its great because they kick in in like 30-40 minutes and there’s no smoking.
theyre my fvaourite way to go since you dont have to wait as long. and its not an edible high since you skip going through the liver. which turns thc delta 9 into 11 hydroxy thc which is way stronger and why edibles feel so different
