its a isolated component of kratom. the main d*** in kratom is mitragynine, 7-oh an abbreviation for a variant of mitragynine thats in trace amounts in kratom. that on mice, suppose to have a higher affinity for opiod receptors than morphine. (mitragynine itself is only a partial agonist, not a full one like regular opiods. its very weak)
its only kinda dangerous because where its unregulated idk the dose in the pills i have. it says a dose but who knows. so i gotta go slow.

It's an opioid that comes from kratom

its suppose to be similarly strong. but it doesnt have the CNS depressant effect on breathing as strong. and the cieling for positive effects before ti makes you sick is a lot lower.
and also nobody really knows yet

the way americans use it compared to how it was used in thailand for thousands of years isnt too well studied.
where north americans eat it and process it through the liver, it was always chewed and then spit.
so we dont know for sure.but its unlikely to be worse than something like alcohol and you cant overdose on it because it doesnt have CNS depressant effects very strong
if u take it everyday for awhile u will have mild opiod dépendance
