its not supposed to be like some WTF one album is #2 and one is #7 thats bs
its more supposed to be if im trying to get into reggaeton i would use that last list I just gave and listen to all those in whatever order. and seems like a somewhat basic general consensus type list which is what id want
thats the way to use it for music discovery and its never let me down yet

i think the problem with the rating is that the more lowkey albums that are popular underground got a lot of advantage over more stable classics u feel me
like Sinaka is pretty fire he is talented af i actually tried to put thread on him 2 years ago but he doesnt got a top 4 album oat u feel me
is not that the mysterous albums are bad. They are good but they get so propelled up
They got classics that stood the test of time at the bottom

the idea is that you can decide how much the weighting measures popularity vs. the number rating which is whats supposed to let you control for that bias
on the other side of that you can find some crazy mysterious stuff by dialing the popularity bias all the way down
