Not saying that’s the healthy path either but I truly don’t think the Boomers/Gen X internalized it in the same way we do. He was a well rounded individual, married for 60 years without any nefarious dealings that we ever found out.

100% man i totally agree. and im suprised how many people on the site and internet in general dont look at it this way. It always was a more right wing perspective histroically, but recently is like a mainstream viewpoint.
Not trying to invalidate the issues people have, I just think the solutions being offered will not only not fix their issues, but be detrimental to the large majority of people who use these things in a positive way. which always takes priority
Yeah, I think that’s where my issue comes into play. It’s less about what a single individual needs to do to feel healthy with themselves and this ultra-right censorship on human sexuality that’s popped up with our generation.
Like if it feels bad for you I totally get it, but I think we need to ask why that is rather than the stigma of a conversation culture for suuuuure
