i used to drink 4-8 shots of espresso a day since I was 11 or 12. sometimes more when I got older.
then when i ate shrooms almost everyday for a month straight a few years ago i realized all the weed I was smoking and the coffee i was drinking was giving me anxiety and bad trips.
and since then I only drink a single tea and have a occasional 5mg or 10mg gummy
i am weak and i accept it.
biggest life improvment I ever made maybe. I didnt realize how much of my mental issues were caused by that stuff lol
