well I agree it is normal! I think that's like how we operated for years and years and years

having access to like all of modern (and ancient lmfao) history to feed our constant curiousity in our pockets is a relatively new thing

yeah this site feels like giant group chat

also no ai or algorithm is dictating what you see, its just whatever was the most recent post or thing commented on. which is healthy since the site isnt deliberating manufacturing outrage to engage with people.

obviously there’s secondary twitter smoke, where people who post are twitter brained and warped, or make threads about what’s on social media. but thats as good as its going to get

@useddesignershades i think people are so cooked because their social skills are just shot because they've been online so long so it builds resentment about things

the irony of it all is they sit online and fall down these rabbit holes and become what they never wanted to become and it makes them even worse to be around irl so they keep spiralling
