they CAN be dangerous for sure.

no matter how much or little nitrous (whats in whip its, very different than abusing inhalants like huffing glue or something, which does fry your brain. vs nitrous is used on children and adults during surgeries.) for 2 weeks after, your body cant absorb vitamine b12.
if you do them more than once a month (2 weeks to let the b12 absorb again, another 2 weeks to like actually get back to normal) then you can go into chronic b12 deficiency, which can cause serious health problems, like spinal chords degradation, paralysis and death.

but you would have to take whips more than every 2 weeks for a good few months for that to happen.

also if you dont breath air in between each breath of nitrous, your brain wont get oxygen which is unhealthy. some people like rip them back to back without breathing until the pass out. which is obviously extremely dangerous and bad for you.
but if you take breaths in between each hit off a balloon, its about as dangerous as inhaling helium. aka its fine

if you dont do either of those things, which are very easy to avoid. its safe. I only do it like every 2-6 months so im way in the clear safety wise
