    Kinda crazy how it changed everything

    All the social media platforms short-form focused now

    In concept, tik tok is a pretty cool app though. I like how you'll be scrolling and boom, you just scrolled into a livestream with 20 people, scroll a little more, dude trying to sell you drop-shipped garbage while links and coupons pop up on your screen

    It's all for me bro it's lit

    this all true

    and og twitter started it with vine then shut it down, so the void was filled with tik tok, which changed everything. kinda insane

    @Extraterrestrial @Tuneout @Echiham

    Sorry I was late a little ahhahahahahahah

    It's like the least superhero-ey superhero series of all time. They don't go out of their way to make animal man seem "cool" or "tough". His powers are cool, but they always remind you of the pain that he's experiencing or that he's a couple steps below a green lantern or a batman. It keeps him human.

    The villains are never even really villainous. A suicidal washed up super villain who ended up with a power that ruined his life... a Looney tunes character that was cursed by god... a guy that just loved a monkey...and a dude with mirror powers who was just doing his job hired by the government.

    They never want you to feel like you're reading a regular superhero story. I like that. At the time this was probably even more unique than it is today, and I can definitely see how this quirky approach to writing a series about an unpopular hero inspired writers like Tom King.

    The art for the most part is just standard 80s dc comic art. Not great or bad. They do have a couple really fun bits and pieces though. The Looney tunes world was super fun. The mirror guys power turning all the text backwards was fun.

    Good pick old man et
