Ngl I didn’t like it besides the visuals and animation and the last set of beats of the third act - and ofc Jack Black. It was a nothing of story and actual characters - basic expectations for a movie even one like this. Plus, for a dialogue driven movie, the dialogue is painfully basic. The plot that is there is contrived and every scene is driven by a set of cliches that would only have charm if they were being parodied…but here they’re played straight

That’s just my feeling on it tho, I won’t knock folks for enjoying it
