Mostly not but some cells in the body take 7-10 years to regenerate so maybe

changed a lot. i used to be high everyday, i was in a horrible place mentally, really bad ocd.

then i quit, got a degree, got out of a bad crowd, became a lot nicer. etc

totally different person. started playing videogames again and doing things i did when i was younger i lost.

im a lot better at making art than i was.

my intrusive thoughts became more numerous, i fixate on them longer, im more distubred by them, i do the rituals things like washing my hands and not able to touch certain things.
