Personal Mission Statement

I want to dedicate my career to building institutions that create lasting economic opportunity in historically underserved communities, with a particular focus on expanding opportunity within Black American communities. I believe that durable change comes from creating organizations that outlast individuals and continue producing value across generations.

My philosophy is that communities become stronger when they have productive industries, access to capital, capable leadership, and institutions that coordinate resources effectively. Rather than relying solely on short-term programs or political cycles, I believe in building long-term economic capacity through business creation, manufacturing, investment, workforce development, and responsible stewardship of land and capital.

I think it’s great. it reminds me of when i was on shrooms in montreal at like 7 or 8am on a monday morning (i was up all night doing an art assignment). so i decided to go get a coffee at my spot.

and i saw a woman in there who was writing on a sheet of paper called BUCKET LIST. and i thought it was so awesome this person woke up on a random day and outlined their life goals.

its something people have to do more often.

what if we also hired people to rehome the birds, squirrels and bugs, then burn down the trees?
