·1 replyTuneoutits extremely hard stuff. im glad youre not actively suicidal and holding onto reasons like not making your mom sad (which she would feel worse than any feeling a human can feel if u died, and it would be because of a decision you chose.) its healthy to hold onto those reasons, even if its a selfless one. because it keeps you around long enough to find “selfish” reasons and get better. The other thing is, you WILL die and life is very short. theres no reason not to ride it out. I think you really should seek out these novel therapies like ketamine and psilocybin (they dont involve tlaking to people) when theyre brought and legalized in your country in the next probably 5-10 years. Becuase they really could help you. But in the mean time you just got to stay distracted and as healthy as possible, time can also nourish a lot. which music and socializing (even online on a forum) is an important part of
