i enjoyed this album a lot more than i was expecting. i don’t know if it’s my mood or if i’m getting a bit burned out on their music but while i enjoyed it a hell of a lot more than revolver, it’s still not something i will come rushing back 2 listen 2. i understand why some people do enjoy this without being under the influence of psychedelics, but i must say i’m sure they do elevate the listening experience a hell of a lot. as a songwriter myself, i must say i admire their ambitious lyrics on this album. it’s not just about love anymore, they’ve evolved & i can only imagine it gets better from here on out.
