yeah its very walkable and its old european architectur!!
lots of greenery too it almost feels like youre in a park. and idk what they for traffic control but its like a suburb or something.its unique and a great vibe.
also cheap af. one of the few artist holdouts in north america where they havent been priced out (after being the ones who increase the property value of an area)
