ya not much to say about it either. Cool art but wasnt rlly feeling the premise all tht much. Comedian was just a horrible person and since I never saw watchmen i take it none of em rlly have powers aside from manhattan? I liked Rorschach's design and he seems aight. The chapter with the kid reading the pirate story and how it correlates to what manhattan was going through was cool. Him goin w a 16 y/o jupiter is :dash: Story probs becomes more interesting in later issues but ya

the cup MUST read this comic

fav comic of all time. it might flow better if u read it in kinda in a sitting, so if anybody in the cups just wants to finish it out ahead of time and then write the reviews when its my turn each week they can.

but it was published in singles every month so its also kinda in the spirit of how it was released

it does really pick up and the beginning is a lot better on a re read. i think this is my third or fourth time reading it and theres still new things i find or forgot about.

the movies or shows or any of that doesnt do it justice at all.

theres more to those situations later in the comic

rorsach is strange but you learn more about his frame of mind later (spoiler)

and theres more to the comedian too

theres a lot to unpack these are very complex characters. and at the time this was written comics werent treated seriously as an artistic medium.
