OVO is weird cause as a label, it should've been more put into it. Am I wrong in saying that Drake really wanted to sign Weeknd but since he was able to get him, he settled for PND and got lazy as a label head.

Imagine Drake having to settle for ILoveMakonnen as his biggest rap artist on OVO and then having to promote him as such. I kid of see why he gave up on signing artist, but I still think he got lazy.
