Hell yeah it is. If I go more than a 4 consecutive days without clapping cheeks I feel more tense and stressed out. If you can't pull at least 2-3 nuts a week you either ugly, broke or weird as hell. Probably all 3. 2-3 times within 7 days is sufficient enough imo you don't even gotta hit it daily. With dating apps too there is zero excuse even if you not looking for a relationship it ain't s*** to just find something casual.
