they give you all the love in the world, and us being sad after they passed just means they meant something for us and were like a family memberPets are goated
I’m definitely biased towards dogs but in general its just the most genuine unconditional and unspoken love

BruuiiseesShe's scared of new stuff probably and usually young dogs/really most dogs in general don't end up at the shelter because the owners before you were the best dog owners
She is a scared baby
She’s 1+ years old
Also yeah i think she for sure had owners at some point but they found her unchipped and no one ever claimed her. But she’s too soft to have survived over a year on the streets lol

I think of this as a selfish concern to have
Not like as an attack to you
But there are so many cats/dogs in shelters and they will die regardless and many of them won't end up in a situation with someone like us that will genuinely care about them
If you have the ability to care for them properly and love them to deny them of that based on your feelings isn't appropriate to me and almost would make me feel worse

And I don't think it's fair to basically deny every other animal that potential because you'll be sad. There is another cat or dog waiting to be ur new best friend
