BruuiiseesI think in I Killed Adolf Hitler the fact that the relationship didn't seem as important to him at the beginning is part of the idea. He was fully distracted by his work. It was only after his work became much more impactful and he went and lived a full life without her that he realized it was more important.

Yeah, I mean I get the intent but he had an entire family with 7 grandkids or whatever at that point. Why was this random chick he dated THAT important where basically all we saw of her prior was her trying to get laid and then him breaking up with her.
Also, a plot hole was the machine apparently takes 50 years to recharge but Hitler was able to take it to the future right away.
