my last 7oh which were 15mg each and this one is 80mg, i just dissolved the final quarter under my tongue to try sublingual instead of oral.

the 15mg was extremely bitter it almost made me throw up

this was despite being stronger supposedly is a lot less bitter. making me think its not the dose it said it was.

but im feeling a bit of nausea which is a good sign theyre strong enough. if one of these pills can make me nod for 15 bucks idc what the real dose is, its cheap and good enough

apparently the bioavailability of 7oh is like less than 3% in the stomach which is super low.

theres no data on subglingual absoprtion rates but people online claim that it works.

and if it doesnt work im swalling the pill after anyway so theres nothing to lose doing it. shouldnt of just eaten the first 3/4. hopefully this kicks it off
