Very silly change overall imo, just seems like you’re trying to fix something that isn’t an issue and actively making things worse as a result

I dont mind it i think its a good rule because of the vision of the artist sxns, but i dont expect many to even know about the rule because people just scroll past the pinned threds

the main issue of it is losing discussion by consolidating album threads into artist threads
like i’ve said before, imagine you wanted to post in the Yeezus thread but you can’t because it’s actually the BULLY thread now

this is a good idea. I see the vision when you can sort by artist like u guys are trying to do. But it might make sense to do something like this in the transition phase of it. because it will be redundant when the artist thing is set up. but changes now will probably upset ppl. the compromise change could work

I think artist threads have their place
Sometimes u dont wanna discuss their last album and i feel people would be more likely to see that in an artist thread rather than old albums thread (specially because there are a lot of old albums without a thread)
