BruuiiseesThe bad part about nicotine is that it doesn't really do anything once you are addicted to it then you are just like kinda addicted to this thing for no reason
true, although how it hits when you first wake up, after a big meal, after having s***or after a few drinks (or painkillers) always always gives me chills when i do it, it feels so good.
but throughout the day its just to be normal.
nowadays i only have nicotine very inrefrequently like a couple cigars a year, or the odd nicotine gum like once or twice a year.
in montreal once every like 3 months id buy a pack of cigs to smoke at a festival or something. or buy a couple packs and some them over a week, then stop.that way i never lose the feeling. also being physically addicted to something is a huge nuisssance.
