Tbh its not really a problem to do neither. U can either clear it asap and just be "stress" free and do social links and stuff. Or just do social links and stuff first to be more prepared for the dungeon.

The "efficent" way would be looking a guide to see what happens each day so u could do it without losing an opportunity but i do not recommend

So do what ur hearts tell u! Only tip is that if u can do the dungeon in 1 day till u secure the route to treasure thats the best. But if u cant dont worry specially first dungeon is very hard to manage mp
