Even if they do start out with a positive attitude like this the managers are trained to recognize this and give them more and more work until they can't handle it and start to dislike it

I remember manager training at Dunkin and basically they tell you that you can't always look at your employee as a person and that you need to view them as a tool to be most effective for the work place

These jobs aren't designed to have people be comfortable and happy they are constantly trying to get as much as humanly possible out of every single person so they can have less people working there
