Just not my cup of tea. I could do without Two Matches, I could do without Time Flies, Weekend, In the Bag, Clubhouse, Cut The Check, And even the first half of When in Rome. I just think it’s his most contrived album, and I just don’t get any enjoyment from all the songs listed. They’re just either meh, or plain uninteresting coming from Mac

Good am definitely starts to feel bloated after when in rome. Starts to feel like bonus tracks after that. That's not knocking any of those songs after when in Rome (Ros top 10 Mac for me) it just doesn't flow very well imo.

Mac was just starting to hit us with the 12 song classics too smh. His discography was about to be insane

Man, some of the songs on GO:OD A.M. just hit different than a lot of his music. Especially the emotional tracks, like you said they're like euphoric and kinda somber at the same time. I'll still never forget hearing God Speed after Mac's passing & of course the G.O.A.T. DJ Dahi got co production credit on Jump

ascension another one but of course godspeed takes the cake, doesn't get realer than that..
