If Faces is the drunk man shouting, laughing and crying at himself in the mirror for who he’s become Balloonerism is a man that doesn’t care to look in the mirror. He’s completely over caring about reality. He hates it.

A lot of the project discusses making the imaginary your reality by escaping through highs, so your mind is free to be whatever you want it to be or letting your mind believe the hallucinations are real. Some of these concepts are on Faces (eg colors and shapes being on faces too) but this seems to be the main focus on this project.

I was disappointed by how she handled the post break up at the time but who are we to judge her after all she went trough.
She handled Mac's death with class even if she was blamed and harrassed after his passing.
Nomi talked mad s*** on her blog when Mac started dating Ariana and doubted the authenticity of his feelings but I don't see fans keeping that same energy

Nomi talked s*** about this man FOR MONTHS BRUH and the energy ain't there from the fans

She's real for mentioning Faces too. A lot of casual Mac fans tend to skip his more d***gy, hazy phase from 2013-2014.
One thing i've noticed though is that a lot of celebrities (some on the low) are huge, huge Mac fans. I dont know if they were before or after his passing, but I wish he'd been able to get cosigned the way he deserved to be.

creating a fandom for either or hating on either is kinda odd tbh. they both were in a relationship and it ended. they both felt things. its human.

My criticism is more toward the fans taking sides.
Both women had all the rights to feel the way they felt but the fact both talked s*** on the internet and the fans are angry and bitter toward only one woman when we don't know what went on behind closed doors in both relationship is childish.
It's like cheering a football team over another one.
Both women went trough pain, stress and only them know what else behind closed doors and it's ok for them to feel in certain ways but the fans taking sides when we only know Mac's side trough songs and we don't know these three people in real life is weirdo s***

Edit:Basically if you mad at one, be mad at both because the f***ed up from both sides is sharing details that should've been kept private.
Be disappointed by both acts but don't take sides because you don't know them
