Getting more on camera interviews made me notice even tho obviously different albums over his career have had different mics (ranging in price and clarity) and mixing/mastering (ranging in fidelity), his voice itself just legit sounds like a distorted, slightly clipped recording lmao. That gravely nature is a gift

Nah, Mach hasn’t had a Bandcamp page in years. Nothing was available to stream, pretty sure the only real difference in pricing from either of his current web stores was Hommy Edition costing $77.77 and Fête costing $111.11.

Edit: I think The GAT was also only ever $1,000 instead of $3,000 on the Bandcamp page.

Bandcamp also played with his money. I think he talks about it in the Rosenberg interview.

At the least they thought he was misleading customers and at worst they thought he was selling something illegal under the guise of a music purchase.

I get their concerns and I also get his frustrations

    Lots to report:

Phones got locked up, a couple guys were walking around with cameras taking flicks and videos.
Venue was gorgeous and Mach didn’t miss a word, he took his mask off from the jump and came back out for an encore of that loosie produced by Nora the Explora, and Rhinestone Cowboy of all things lol.
He brought out Drew D’Nur, Hephzibah and Cheeko and Thought, and Tyron made some opening and closing statements.
Vinyl sale was popping off — exclusive t-shirts and posters, FYI vinyl (soon to be released online I’m told), and The GAT on display in a glass case (not explicitly for sale but heard a 5k offer be turned down).

I do wish the crowd was a little more active, I think the venue wasn’t so conducive of how I would’ve liked to be acting at a hiphop show, but it was a very cool experience nonetheless.
