went to the listening session. he played the vinyl on the lounge's hifi system. crazy to see how far he's come.

i was buying a drink during side A. i liked what i heard. i had the chance to sit and zone out to side B. some really hypnotic stuff. Playa Haze got it. panafricran pockets were found.

he came out & interacted with the crowd to discuss the art direction for the project. he had the crowd give their impressions of the album cover.

not spoiling anything but i don't think the people who spoke got where he was trying to take things, or have interacted with some of the spiritual/technological themes that are present in the way he chose to present the work. the occasional cryptic gem came out when he spoke just like when he raps.

the merch table had a lot of releases you can't find elsewhere and an exclusive pressing of my favorite LP of his. bring money
