the only guy that ha individual bars as good as KA and mach hommy is roc marci!
You printing money, I'm the dollar tree
They praise the god, it's like idolatry
When the waters got choppy, I was in the driver's seat
Steer my family out of poverty
Squeeze tecs, ambidextrous
what are your fav marci bars?
Devilish endeavors in leathers, to quench my neverending list of pleasure, b****es send pictures naked, dripping necklace
honestly speaking you really articulated it well and i agree with what you say, but hiphop being so competitive it really is a joy to discuss and debate about these topics.
the only way people get passionate about talking about hiphop is if their fav artist isnt mentioned in a topic, i used it as a bait.
if it werent for me not comparing you wouldnt have given this reply.
something needs to be said about this that all the hiphop greats are always compared, no other genre discusses music like this
Yeah nah I get you. No malice intended, not trying to be disparaging. So many greats and real always recognises real. But you see Mach stans, or Griselda stans, or whoever, that are too obtuse to look beyond their preffered artist when there are a bunch of great lyrical rappers working today and operating different lanes. And often it just comes down to people listening once to an artist like billy woods and dismissing him because they dont like the production or cant grasp his lyrics first go around. Not saying thats you though, not at all.
quelle tonight whew
Another home run. The live instrumentations work beautifully. And Quelle once again masterfully using guest features.
Although I do have one gripe regarding that...
MHL never dropping is it. Really was just trolling all along wasn’t it.
dont say that

Feels like it

Beautiful beats and features. Not loving his flows as much as Guns tho. Of course a mach verse would’ve made the whole project better instantaneously

I love billy woods a lot, and a lot of it was because i didn't understand his lyrics.
Anyway i prefer elucid over him at times cause when elucid hits it hits harder.
Billy often has this vivid images and puts you into situations but elucid just has those bars that hit that are often that complicated.
Same sun no matter who you pray to

Well true, but I had something else in mind. I aint wanna spoil it for folks in this thread who aint listened through yet.
On god if I see another coming soon post from Droog and Fahim, they will have to block me for the bad words I have ready in my drafts

Damn, can't wait to listen to this joint. How would you rank this one among other Quelle projects?

Could you explain this with the spoiler feature? Intrigued as to what’s being implied here but I have no interest in listening to an entire Quelle album.

If only Droog had posted about it I’d think it was maybe a troll but I don’t feel like Fahim plays like that on social media. I do think our expectations of how soon “soon” is are a little high, though. “Soon” to me re: music releases always means within the year. Also, who knows what else we’re gonna get? WKJ came without any real warning.

I feel this, though. Even if the people posting about it don’t know themselves exactly when it’s coming out, we get it, it’s coming, stop teasing it, everyone who cares knows by now and is fiending, Mr. Next-Five-Mach-Projects-in-His-Phone.

Imma get back to you on this after another listen or two
I been running back the majority of his discography this past month or so. Excluding this I would rank it:
Niggas is Men
Being You is Great
Shotgun and Sleek Rifle
Guns
Innocent Country
Everythings Fine
Ghost at the Finish Line
But obviously somewhat biased since I aint tended to run back Everythings Fine all too often just due to its overly abrasive sound and my current mood. While Innocent Country has some of my fave songs of his on there so could easily be higher.
And even then, Ghost at the Finish Line is still a good album by all means.

Could be complete hyperbole but this new one my fave joint yet
Complete breeze to listen to, the production is inch perfect and Quelle and all the features kill it.
