MHL was so so disappointing. Like I’d feel comfortable calling it his worse project, prolly even below Chinese Algebra. SBTM, Marshmellow Test, and Squeaku Hinge all sound like they could’ve been on the GAT or some older work. Clout Dracula is straight up horrible for Mach standards, and NJ Ultra isn’t a great closer

But Smoked Maldron and Pour House we’re both fire. Maybe my favorite Mach x Fah and Mach x Droog collabs

Ya know I wanna agree with you on some level. Something feels off about it, not sure if it’s him under the pressure of another big break that will get him more exposure but he certainly doesn’t feel as confident as he does on any of the 2017 run.
But then when I relisten I’m finding it easy to rap along to, I still enjoy the sounds and there’s a good amount of quotable and good verses in general, like u said the Fa and YOD features are easily some of my favorites of their collars w mach

Agreed. Some great lines on it like usual w Mach, and I actually really loved Earl’s verse too, but just as a whole it was underwhelming. God knows how long it’ll be till his next solo work
