Or you do not appreciate the only hour long Mach album with great skits that tell a story of haiti and shows a great portrait of how wealth can go to peoples heads. I can see you replaying a WKJ or FDM more than HBO cause theyre so short but to say they're better is crazy to me but idk this is just my opinion dont take me serious. Mach seems like he really put his all into this out of any album I feel like you get to know him on this one more than the rest ( Bey six especially ), if this album failed with his unique way of selling it who knows what would've happened. HBO is one of my favorite albums of all time I can play just about any time. In fact Ima listen to it right now

I’m kinda being tongue in cheek, but I think of FYI like that: I feel like it’s Mach’s most political and thematically focused album. Not tryna directly compare them, but you know what I mean
I say it with the same seriousness of “WSG is the underground Kanye”

HBO is such a great starting point too, his versatility as an artist on full display from the painted cover to the singing to the lyrics to the sound collagism

Sequels rarely live up to the original, especially in music. Usually it’s a marketing gimmick for hype.

I feel this. Most of the rest of us do take for granted that there was never a point in our fandom where we couldn’t listen to HBO on SoundCloud like it’s nothing. 2017 fans kind of experienced it with The GAT and Luh Hertz but there were still like eight other projects that year alone that did leak for us all to sit with.
