The Ringo bar was a play on words referencing Pete Best who was the original drummer for The Beatles. He was kicked out of the band and replaced by Ringo. "Thought you was the BEST on the drums? Meet Ringo". Don't think Mach meant Ringo is the best drummer by any means.
