Had my second session with my therapist today. She is an angel.

She's very laid back, whenever i talk about my problems I make them seem like a huge deal but her answers and questions always seem so calm..its very calming for me. She's made me think about stuff that I havent even thought about before regarding family, relationships etc. We havent gone too deep into the tunnel but i already feel a huge weight lifted off my shoulders.

like theres times where i just feel so hopeless and frustrated and i be wanting to bleed it out

i dont even think theres anything going wrong in my life, i just think i have serious issues that prevent me from feeling good about anything

I've been struggling with anxiety at work. It's become more manageable through counseling and recognizing its sources over the past several months, but this new job has resulted in routine panic and nervousness. I was a mess this morning and yesterday. Thankfully, I managed to calm down and started to do better after a few hours.
